It's December 30th, which means that if you haven't thought about what you want to accomplish or do better in 2017, now's the time.
For the past couple months, I've been saying I'm going to start eating better and getting back on track at the gym. Then I started saying "after Thanksgiving I'll start.." which turned into "after Christmas, I'll start.." and here we are two days before the new year and I still haven't started!
Well in 2017 I'm making it my New Year's resolution to get back on track to a healthier me! What are you looking to achieve in the new year?
